Renewal Application
All applicant who wish to extend Sarawak/Malaysia My Second Home Programme must submit the following documents to One Stop Agency:
| 1) | Letter of Intention by Applicant (Letter of Intent to continue staying Sarawak/Malaysia MM2H Programme) |

| 3) | One (1) copy of IM.55 Application Form (Social Visit Pass Form) [Note: Applicant and all the dependents have to complete the form individually] |

| 10) | Certified copy of medical report and RB II Form | ||
| 11) | Certified copy of Fixed Deposit Statement from any bank / financial institution in Malaysia [RM150,000.00 (couple) & RM100,000.00 (Individual)] |

| Certified copy of latest three (3) months government approved pension funds (for applicants 50 years and above who apply using proof of monthly off-shore income) [RM10,000.00 (couple) & RM7,000.00 (individual)] |
